Compensation and Benefits Manager- REF:CBM-082017


  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably analytical background
  • Minimum 7years of Reward Management experience (including salary surveys, salary reviews, bonuses and management of benefits)
  • HR Business partner/HR Generalist background together with Reward experience will be strong asset
  • Basic knowledge of Turkish Labor and Insurance Law is preferred
  • Advanced level of English language both written and verbal
  • Analytical Thinking and Statistics Knowledge
  • Advanced Communication skills
  • Strong Networking, Negotiation and Influencing skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)


  • Assists in developing and delivering the reward strategy locally that maintains the company position as an employer of choice
  • Ensures that reward policy within the company re-enforces the corporate values and delivers employee engagement
  • Maintains the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc.) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values
  • Take part in annual salary review process, work together with the Group on expected analyses and pre-studies
  • Reviews the salaries of newly employed staff, new salaries of the promoting staff
  • Manages data submissions for regular market surveys on compensation and benefits
  • Assists job evaluation process to ensure the development and implementation of an open transparent and objective organisation wide grading structure
  • Makes staff budget (including HC & staff costs)
