Performance Marketing Senior Specialist – Ref:PM122024
Main Responsibilities
Building and executing acquisition & retargeting campaigns on Google Ads, Criteo, RTBHouse and FBM, including search and display
Managing and performing daily account optimization responsibilities on Google Ads, Facebook and Criteo
Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics
Manage campaign budgets and ensure the performance of spending according to strategy
Measure and report performance related KPIs for all digital marketing & communication activities, and assess according to company and department goals.
Define and implement website digital analytics tagging, tracking, and reporting to support audience development, website engagement, conversions, and site optimization
Define and implement tagging strategy in Google Tag Manager for data collection in GA4 that meets business goals/objectives.
Ensure revenue, ROI, CAC, CPO, LTV and other business goals are met.
Lead the production of all campaign marketing materials by preparing the creative briefs for internal & external teams
Monitor and evaluate search and visibility competition across the major PPC channels
Preparing all CPC reports and analysis at board level
Collaborate with internal and external parties, stake holders (such as Google, Criteo account management)
Requirements
At least 2 years of professional experience in a related field (meaning performance marketing)
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a master’s degree in Marketing from a reputable university is preferred
Deep management knowledge of Search Ads, Social Media Ads and display advertising campaigns
Experience in an agency or in directly management is a plus
Comfortable working with excel to analyse and extract actionable insights from data
Strong written, verbal communication skills & inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
Knowledge of website analytics, PPC & Retargeting and reporting tools
