We are looking for a “Compensation and Benefits Assistant Manager” position for one of our leading customers who is operating in insurance sector.
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering Department)
- Min. 5 years experience in Compensation and Benefits & HR Analytics
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office programs, especially in Excel
- Knowhow/experience in or familiar to job evaluation-grading methodologies
- Good level of written and verbal English
- Advanced data management skills
- Strongly analytical, ambitious and innovative for problem solving
JOB DESCRIPTION
- All compensation and benefits practices in accordance with global Group policies, with close contact to Head Office
- Developing HR Analytics within the company
- Regular or ad-hoc reportings & analysis related to all functions of HR, with a holistic view
- Job evaluation and internal grading system
- Benchmarking and follow-up C&B related best practices in the market
- Annual salary reviews & adjustments
- Salary bands, additional payments, salary package offers
- Fringe/flex benefits
- Improving all variable income systems
