PROFILE
· Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistic or relevant departments,
· Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with minimum 2 years of team management experience,
· Strong analytical skills
· Have excellent communication, negotiation & coordination skills,
· Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines,
· Result-focused and customer-oriented,
· Excellent command of written and spoken English,
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Design efficient and effective organizations to support strategic initiatives
· Diagnose current situation by analysing information about the departments’ organization structure and governance model to identify organization necessities
· Design and identify organization alternatives for organizational efficiency and perform gap analysis
· Reorganize functions based on their strategic objectives in accordance to organizational and stakeholder needs
· Define business functions, articulate the roles that support business functions align with operating model
· Ensure the organization charts and job descriptions for each positions are up to date
· Determine FTE for Head Office departments & subsidiaries
· Manage workforce activities for staff sizing and measure capacity with bottom up analysis
· Define and prepare the job descriptions and functions and update the related documents accordingly,
· Identify organizational development needs proactively,
· Follow up organizational efficiency and find solutions to sustain the efficiency of organizational structure,
· Take part in projects regarding organizational changes.
· Manage document publishing processes
· Lead the employee engagement survey process by designing employee engagement programs and initiatives
· Brief and lead HR communication strategy
